1. Fix the frame channel steel and angle steel

  

(1). Cut the 6.3 channel steel and 50x50 angle steel according to the design. Then drill a hole on one side of the angle steel, and extend it into M8 size. Drill M8 hole in the joint of the channel steel and angle steel.

 

(2). Connect the cutted channel steel and angle steel. Firstly, put the channel steel face-down to the ground, and one bar of channel steel is between two frame boxes. Then put two bars of angle steel on it, connected with the M8 screw.

 

(3). Treat the other sides in the same way.

 

 

2. Installation of the Frame

  

(1). Put two bars of the channel steel on the frame. Then put the channel steel and the angle steel installed in the first step on the two bars of the channel steel. Leave certain distance on the both sides.

 

(2). Weld the channel steel on the frame, and then weld the angle steels on the channel steel.

 

(3). The other sides of the frame are welded in the same way.

 

 

3. Installation of the frame box After the installation of the frame, the box is installed from the middle of the bottom of the frame. Fix the adjacent boxes with the specialized cross joint slice. Finally, the whole screen will be adjusted automatically in three directions.

 

 

4. Installation of the horizontal and vertical strips

  

(1). Firstly, connect the angle steel with the vertical strip, and fix it with M8 bolt.

 

(2). Put the vertical strip on the bottom channel steel, fix them with a 1m bolt, with the both sides are welded on the channel steel.

 

(3).Depending on requirements, an additional horizontal strip is necessary sometimes.

 

 

5. Connect the signal cable After the box is installed, each box should be connected with the signal cable. The signal cable is flat 16 cable, and do not connect the signal cable in reverse when connecting.

 

 

6. Installation of the Power Supply according to one power supply for four  characters, decide the number of power supplies. Then fix it with the tapping screw. Finally, connect the 5Vpower supply to the panel modules.

 

 

7. Connection of the DVI Control Card Place the receiving DVI PC- card and transferring card in the appropriate position, fix them.

 

 

8. Installation of the Digitizer System; Install the computer and DVI PC-card, and the LED display software.

 

9. Debugging

10. Turn on the display, and start up ProVision testing software

 

(1). Track the whole screen with reticle, and examine the non-control dots.

 

(2). Test with the horizontal line, the vertical line and the diagonal line respectively.

 

(3). Light up the whole screen, and examine the blind dots.

 

(4). For color display, utilize color tests, examine the gray degrees.
