ProXenon will warranty all listed products based on their manufacturer's warranty policy only. Manufacture warranty covers all the defective product that is proper installed by the professional only. Please review the links above for more information on product warranty policy .
Complete warranty information is included in each products. All items have been tested at the fatory. In order to ensure that you have received the product in good condition, we additionally run test in house for every system before actual shipping.
All Neutek's advance LED Signs, LED Message Center, LED Display Modules and LED Graphic/Video Displays are subject to limited warranty up to maximum of FIVE YEARS. Please review the links above for more warranty guideline.
For LED Products only, proxenon, inc. will provide Neccessary parts and factory labor to repair any failed LED component without cost to the buyer. All LED Product warranty shall be void if any alteration or service if performed without authorization from Proxenon, Inc.; or if the equipment has been connected to incorrent polarity, power voltage or is improperly grounded. Equipment which is subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or natural disasters is not covered by this limited warranty. The sole acceptance of this Limited Neutek LED component warranty is at ProXenon, Inc.option, absolutely non-negotiable.
Return Policy
30 days for return or exchange with prior authorization only. Call our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Shipping and Handling is not refundable! All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
All returned merchandise exclude warranty/defective products, must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. If in some case, Modules and Lamps are damaged, item is subject as nonereturnable. All Installed or Mounted product are subject as nonerefundable! We will only service and exchange them according to manufacture warranties. Save your receipt, it's to be used for proof of purchase and all manufacturers warranties.
Shipping expenses are not refundable, and the shipping cost of the returned item, is the customer's responsibility.
We extend a 30 day for product returns and exchanges, less shipping & handling and restocking fee** , provided for:
1. Merchandise is not among the Return Policy Exceptions that follows this list.
2. Merchandise is returned in original mint condition, as shipped.
3. With all packaging, forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out.
4. Within 30 days of receipt of package.
5. Merchandise is neither tagged as being SPECIAL ORDER, nor priced above $1500.00 (See Below for further details).
Additional notes:
6 . Please do not write or tape anything on the package as this may result in the refusal of the return or a charge for the packaging.
7. Damage in transit must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier (ie: UPS, FedEx).
8. In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to either refuse the return, or to charge a nominal restock fee of no less than 20%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
9. RMA # does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to inspection.
These terms are non-negotiable and placing a order means the buyer agrees with all of our terms and conditions, and will abide by them.
