Proxenon.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders placed online utilizing promotional offers by coupons are directed exclusively to the recipients and are non-transferable. In an event a coupon is misused in this manner, Proxenon.com reserves the right to cancel such order without prior notice. Proxenon.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We kindly accept Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Discover via Paypal orders in the continental U.S. only! Money Orders, Cashier Checks and T/T Direct Wiring Transfer also can be accepted otherwise.

Please allow up to 2-3 days for secure payment verification if you are paying by credit card. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Additional credit card ownership verification may be requested at proxenon discretion.

In addition, you are protected from your credit card company in the case of a fraudulent transaction with any purchase including those made here.

All orders will verify the correct billing address, so please enter the billing address exactly as it is shown on your statement. Additional credit card ownership verification may be requested at Proxenon discretion. We can only ship to the billing address of your credit card. If you would like us to ship your order to an address other than the billing address, please choose other payment options.

 

 

·         International Order Security:

 

 

Due to recent regulation of VISA/MasterCard, we do not accept any international VISA/MasterCard orders. For international customers, we only accept Bank Transfer and international money orders with the clearing bank in the USA. No exceptions. You can obtain a physical money order from your bank or use bidpay.com to send us a money order. Or contact our sales department to obtain instruction of Direct T/T Bank Transfer.

 

 

 

All fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Order fraud is a Federal crime, subject to Federal penalties.

 

These terms are non-negotiable and placing a order means the buyer agrees with all of our terms and conditions, and will abide by them.
